Rochdale Canal Festival 2010
Saturday 24th July and Sunday 1st August

This year’s Festival has a ‘Have a go’ theme and we would like to encourage even more people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities to take part in new activities, develop new interests and start to make the most of the Rochdale Canal.

The annual Festival encourages people to get involved with events and practical activities on and around the Rochdale Canal between Manchester and Sowerby Bridge. This year we are particularly looking to promote water-based activities (such as angling, canoeing, kayaking) as part of the ‘Have a go’ theme.

For more details or to get involved please contact Lucy Rogers, email lucy.rogers@thewaterwaystrust.org.uk or 0161 242 8216
