The prize draws are open only to people who are residents of or work in the Greater Manchester area, who have cycled to their normal place of work or study during National Bike Week 19th – 27th June 2010 and who complete the form on this web site. The winner(s) may be asked to provide proof of residency / employment and having travelled by bicycle to work/study.

Entry to the GM Cycle Commute Challenge competition can only be made through this website, entries must be received by 5pm on 30th June 2010. Late entries will not be considered.

Maximum one entry per person, entries found to be duplicates will be removed.

Persons connected with CycleGM, Love Your Bike, or otherwise involved in the running of the event are not eligible to participate in the competition.

The prize draw will be independently witnessed and prizes awarded no later than 31st July 2010.

The decision of CycleGM / Love Your Bike is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw. Winners will have 10 working days from the sending of the email to respond and claim the prize. Failure to respond within 10 working days will result in loss of any rights to the prize. Another draw will be held as soon as reasonably practicable, proof of sending emails does not constitute proof of response, CycleGM is not liable for delayed or "lost" emails.

The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity surrounding this draw including, but not limited to, their photograph and name appearing in the media and on this website.

All prize winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and or other fees that may apply to such winnings.

The prize draw is void where prohibited by law.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed entries, emails or technical issues with the website. Proof of completion of the form will not be accepted as proof of entry.

CycleGM or Love Your Bike will not, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, be liable in respect of any damage suffered to any person as a result of entering this prize draw.
