Cycling makes little demand on space, is good for fitness and
health, and produces little pollution. Cycling is fast and convenient
and cyclists are almost immune to congestion. In commuter ‘races’,
cyclists regularly beat all other competitors over typical city
journey distances.
You don’t have to bike it every day; start off with just
once or twice a week, and consider using public transport if
you don’t want to cycle
